Initiating Requests for Supplier Data – RoHS/REACH

 
Step 1 - Click on the appropriate RoHS/REACH Request Campaign from the Data -> Manage menu
 
 
Alternatively, the same grid can be accessed via or via the Administration -> Data Exchange Manager menu -> Supplier Data Gathering -> Requests/Distributions:
 
 
Step 2 - Click on the 'Add items' button and select the type of form you wish to Publish, in this case MS Anthesis CDC Request
 
 
Step 3 - Click the 'Part(s)' button and then use the Search screen to locate and the pick 1 or more
parts to initiate a request for. Once you have selected at least 1 part, click 'Select Item(s)'
 
Step 4 - The items will then be added to the campaign queue. The request will process automatically within 60 minutes but to process the requests immediately, click the 'Trigger Online Campaign Build' button at the top of the page.
 
 
Requests will be sent to the Contact email address set up against the RoHS Contact type in the in the Supplier Tree. A reminder will be sent out to the same Supplier email address if a response is not received within the specified period (set by default to 1 week from initial request) After that an escalation will be emailed to the originator of the request if a response is still not received within the specified period (set by default to 2 weeks from initial request)
 
Responses from Suppliers are signified in the RoHS/REACH Request Campaign grid with a clipboard icon against the line of the original request.
