Grid settings in the Data view can be set to a pre-defined or user-defined view. Once a user-defined view has been set those preferences will remain for that user until the Grid is reset to a default view. To access Grid set-up click on the 3 horizontal lines as shown below
A dialogue will open as shown beow allowing user ability to switch to a pre-defined grid by selecting from the highlighted drop-down menu and pressing Reset Grid.
Alternatively, the view can be customised per user by adding items using the Add Field button. This will open a new window where items can be searched for and selected. Once selected the user has the option to Delete, specify if the column is frozen in view or hidden from view altogether using the three icons highlighted below. In addition the column width can be set by specifying a width value.
