Records can be set to excluded in bulk automatically based on their Class Path from OnePDM. To add a new Class Path that you wish to exclude, navigate to Data > Data Tables and select Class Path Settings:
On the right hand side, a table will be shown with existing Class Paths. To add a new record, click the + icon at the bottom of the grid:
Click to add
Once the pop-up appears, you can enter the Class Path string and mark for Exclusion for Rollup and/or Build and then click Ok to save
