Flags such as the Exclude From Rollup or Exclude From Build can be updated in bulk through the following 2 views:
a) Part Bulk Parameter Update
b) BOM Bulk Parameter Update / BOM Parameters
Both views offer an identical view of data to their MSPN Tree and MPN Tree counterparts but include a checkbox column instead. Users are also unable to expand the data structure to review the child items underneath.
Multiple selections can be made by clicking the checkbox for individual records or all records
Users can click each checkbox one at a time or click the checkbox at the top of grid to select all in the current page
Finally, make a change (such as ticking the Exclude From Rollup flag) and click Save or Save and Close. This will apply the changes you have made to the selected records.
NOTE: Only changes made are committed across all selected items. Any fields you do not update will remain unaltered.
