Making a SCIP Notification
Navigate to Administration > Data Exchange Manager > Data Exchange Manager
Click on the yellow section of the
SCIP Full Notifications Test Publication workflow
Or your environment may be set up as such: Data > SCIP > Test Publication Full Notification

Add the following fields to the grid

SCIP Report Url (CAMPDIS)

This is the URL to view the SCIP notification on the ECHA website

SCIP Submission Status (CAMPDIS)
-
This is the status of the SCIP notification to ECHA
-
Assigned SCIP Legal Entity (CAMPDIS)
-
This is the Legal Entity that the SCIP notification was submitted as
-
-
This is the SCIP number assigned by ECHA for a successful notification

Select +Add Items

Submit the notification in this order :
1st select SCIP Notification
2nd select the appropriate Legal Entity from the drop-down menu
3rd select BOM Item(s)

Perform a seach for the BOM Item(s) to make a SCIP Notification for
Check the box next to one or multiple BOMs
Click the green Select Item(s) button when done

There will be a new line item in the grid for each BOM you selected.
Select Build to begin work on a BOM

Click Yes, create the form data
--------------------------------------------------------------
If there are warnings, refer to
3.1.1 Managing SCIP Build Warnings
Click Populate Form Template

Back in the grid, click Publish to submit the notification to ECHA
--------------------------------------------------------------
Click OK in the pop-up window
--------------------------------------------------------------
Click Run
--------------------------------------------------------------
The status will appear in the SCIP Submission Status (CAMPDIS) column
You may have to refresh the grid
