(1) There are four primary modules in CMAP, Administration, Dashboard, Data and Reporting. A brief explanation of each of these modules can be viewed by hovering over the appropriate icon.
(2) When users are logged into the Test Environment this label will be displayed to alert users they are not user the live Production instance. The Production instance will not display a label.
(3) The Menu bar on the left hand side of the window can be hidden allowing “full screen” mode by clicking on the Close button as shown below, to un-hide the menu click on the Close button again which will be found on the far left hand side of the window when in “full screen” mode
(4) An in-line summary guide can be opened by clicking on the + icon towards the top right hand corner of the screen
(5) A comprehensive Help guide can be opened by clicking on the ? icon towards the top right hand corner of the screen (opens in new browser window)
Selecting the contact icon in the top right hand corner of the screen gives users access to the following resources;
(6) The CMAP environment currently being used
(7) The user currently logged on together with the user group that user is a member of
(8) Access to raise a Support ticket via ZenDesk
(9) Account details where users can update their password
