Data can be exported from any of the Data -> Manage -> grid screens by using either the Export all or Export visible links at the bottom of the grid.
Export all - This will return all of the top-level items currently shown in the grid. For example if you had run a search that returned 5 items then a single line for each item would be exported, but none none of the sub items.
Export visible - This will return the visible records only on the current page including the indented items of the MSPN that have been manually exploded into view.
After selecting either of these links CMAP will prompt the user to Save the file or open in Excel, choose the appropriate action.
